Stockland is a fully enclosed, single-level regional shopping centre occupying a site of 8.81 hectares. It accommodates seven majors, over 220 specialty shops (after redevelopment), a six screen cinema complex and a swimming pool. Two-thirds of the car parking is undercover and accessed by travelators.
