Lawrence Tallmagde Ricks (born birth date and age|1961|6|4 in city-state|Barberton|Ohio) is a former American football professional running back and kick returner who was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League and Michigan Panthers of the United States Football League. Ricks had been a star running back for the Michigan Wolverines football team. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League. Ricks attended Barberton High School. College

Ricks played in two Rose Bowls and a Bluebonnet Bowl for the University of Michigan. Professional career

Ricks was drafted in the eighth round of the 1983 NFL Draft by the Dallas Cowboys.
