Ahmadpur is a city and a municipal council in Latur district in the state of Maharashtra, India. It is a "taluk" headquarters town situated 50 km north of Udgir, in Latur District. Chakur is 27 km south-west while Nanded is 66 km north-east.

Gurdwara Sachkhand and Nanded Fort, Siddheswar Temple, the temples of Ramlingeswar, Bhuteswar and Keshavraj and the Darga of Surat Shahvalli at Latur, and the Bidar fort, Solah Khamba Masjid and Bahamani Tombs at Bidar are some tourist sites around.

Nearest airport in Maharashtra is Aurangabad which is 310 km away. Chakur Railway Station and Nanded Railway Station serve Ahmadpur.
