JARID1D

JARID1D

Jumonji, AT rich interactive domain 1D, also known as JARID1D, is a human gene.cite web | title = Entrez Gene: JARID1D jumonji, AT rich interactive domain 1D| url = http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=gene&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=8284| accessdate = ]

This gene encodes a protein containing zinc finger domains. A short peptide derived from this protein is a minor histocompatibility antigen which can lead to graft rejection of male donor cells in a female recipient.cite web | title = Entrez Gene: JARID1D jumonji, AT rich interactive domain 1D| url = http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=gene&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=8284| accessdate = ]
