Sanie is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żmigród, within Trzebnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|5|km|mi|0 south-east of Żmigród, convert|17|km|mi|0 north-west of Trzebnica, and convert|35|km|mi|0 north of the regional capital Wrocław.
