"Jump Around" is a hit single by the band House of Pain. This song became a smash hit in 1992, reaching #3 in the U.S.

A 1993 re-release of the song in the UK, where the original had been a minor hit, peaked at #8. On VH1's 100 Greatest Songs of the 90s, "Jump Around" was featured at position 24. The song is popular among dance hall DJs and is widely regarded in the UK as a club classic. Clubbers in the UK can be heard to shout out the opening rap lyrics; "Pack it up, pack it in, let me begin...", before jumping around on the dancefloor. The song has also become a popular Stadium anthem, famously played at the end of the third quarter of University of Wisconsin Badgers football games.

The song is known widely by its distinctive horn fanfare intro, sampled from the Bob & Earl's 1963 track "Harlem Shuffle". The squealing sound at the start of every bar of music is a scream sampled from Prince's "Gett Off."

"Jump Around" was included in the film "Mrs. Doubtfire". It was played during Christopher's birthday party near the start of the film. The song was not included on the film's soundtrack album.

The song is often covered by the nu metal group Limp Bizkit during live performances, as the turntablist from House of Pain is also a member of Limp Bizkit.

In 2008, Ireland-based American comedian, Des Bishop, covered the song - in the Irish language - as " [http://www.desbishop.com/ Léim Thart] ".

Lethal Bizzle covered the song while performing at the Download Festival in 2008.
