Long Island Rough Riders, also known as the Long Island Lady Riders, is a professional American women’s soccer team, founded in 2007, which is a member of the United Soccer Leagues W-League, the premier women’s soccer league in the United States. The Lady Riders play in the Northeast Division of the Eastern Conference.

The team plays their home games stadium at Michael Tully Field in the village of New Hyde Park, New York. The club's colors are white and blue.

The team is a sister organization of the men's Long Island Rough Riders team, which plays in the USL Premier Development League.
