The Bosnia and Herzegovinan national ice hockey team is the national ice hockey team of Bosnia and Herzegovina and a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation.

The team is more commonly known as the Balkan Falcons, a name adopted in 1987 when the team swooped to victory in the final seconds of a match agaisnt the Georgian national team, the Georgian Searchers.
