Grodziec is a village in Gmina Jasienica, Bielsko County, Silesian Voivodeship, southern Poland. It has a population of 1,125 (2006). It lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia and was first mentioned in a written document in 1305.

There is a Saint Bartholomew Church in the village and a château built in 1542-1580.
