[1]Me Estoy Enamorando is the sixth album recorded by Mexican singer Alejandro Fernández. Produced by Emilio Estefan, Jr. and Kike Santander, this album marks a strong change in his career with a new merger of bolero, ballads and the essence of the mariachi. Also he conquest the most diverse public of Latin America, United States and Europe, remaining 13 weeks in the Top N° 1 of the Billboard [1]. He shot videos for the songs "Si Tú Supieras", "En El Jardín" with the participation of Gloria Estefan and "No Sé Olvidar". Other song known from this album is "Yo Nací Para Amarte". Singer Mijares covered the song "Si Tú Supieras" in his 2009 Spanish album Vivir Así.
This album received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Latin Pop Album at the Grammy Awards of 1998, losing to Romances by Luis Miguel.[2] The album won "Pop Album of the Year" at the 1998 Premio Lo Nuestro awards.[3]
