Office of Presidential Letters and Messages

The White House Office of Presidential Letters and Messages, one of the busiest offices in the Executive Office of the President (EOP),[1] drafts and reviews letters, messages and proclamations from and signed by the President.[2] During the Presidency of Bill Clinton, the Office annually prepared over 6,000 letters, messages and proclamations.[1]
