Nations University

Nations University is a distance education college affiliated with the Churches of Christ which offers certificate, associate's, bachelor's and master's degrees in religious studies, and a masters degree in Ministry. All courses are offered online or through correspondence via mail. The institution is incorporated in Louisiana [ [http://www.nationsu.org/index.pl/history History - NationsUniversity ] ] but has its offices in Brentwood, Tennessee.

As of as September 2006, the school had 2,322 students in 107 countries. 64% were studying via postal correspondence with the remainder using email and the web to complete their studies. [https://www.nationsu.org/uploads/bw/uC/bwuComE_ssVGBLNMNcM3nA/sept06snl.pdf]

Nations University lacks educational accreditation. The school is, however, authorized by the Board of Regents of Louisiana to grant degrees. According to Nations, holders of bachelor's degrees from the college can enter the graduate program of the College of Bible and Ministry of Lipscomb University despite the unaccredited status of Nations University.
