Philip Spratt, a British communist sent by Communist International (Comintern), based in Moscow, to spread Communism in India, later became a friend and colleage of M.N. Roy, founder of the Communist parties in Mexico and India, and along with him became an anti-communist activist [http://www.mainstreamweekly.net/article285.html M N Roy] Mainstream, Vol XLV, No 35.] .
