Loraine is a city in Renville County, North Dakota in the United States. The population was 19 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Minot Micropolitan Statistical Area. Loraine was founded in 1907.

Geography

Loraine is located at coor dms|48|52|2|N|101|34|10|W|city (48.867126, -101.569387)GR|1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.6 km²), all of it land.

Demographics

As of the censusGR|2 of 2000, there were 19 people, 8 households, and 5 families residing in the city. The population density was 78.7 people per square mile (30.6/km²). There were 8 housing units at an average density of 33.1/sq mi (12.9/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 100.00% White.
