Birthday Honours 2008

The Birthday Honours 2008 for the Commonwealth Realms were announced in June 2008, [ [http://www.honours.gov.uk/~/media/assets/www.honours.gov.uk/2008birthday%20pdf.ashx HM Government: Birthday Honours List 2008] ] to celebrate the Queen's Birthday of 2008.cite web |url= http://www.royal.gov.uk/output/Page4820.asp |title= One Queen, Two Birthdays |format= html |work= royal.gov.uk, the Official Website of the British Monarchy |quote= The Queen celebrates her actual birthday on 21 April. She also celebrates her official birthday on either the first or the second, and sometimes the third, Saturday in June. ]

The recipients of honours are displayed or referred to here as they were styled before their new honour, and arranged firstly by the country whose ministers advised the Queen on the appointments, then by honour, with classes (Knight, Knight Grand Cross, "etc.") and then divisions (Military, Civil, "etc.") as appropriate.
