Belsat TV (Belarusian: Белсат, Biełsat, English: TV Belarus, Belsat) - a satellite television channel established on the basis of an agreement between the Polish Foreign Ministry and Polish public television company Telewizja Polska (TVP) dated 23 April 2007. The channel started broadcasting on 10 December 2007. Telewizja Polska received 16 million zlotys from the Polish state budget for the project. The channel is run by about 70 journalists located in Poland, Belarus and Lithuania.

On 20 June 2006 the TVP executive board established a Commission of Belsat TV channel. The president of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, called Belsat a "stupid and uncongenial project".
