Francisco José Millán Mon (born on 8 March 1955 in Pontevedra)is a Spanish politician and
Member of the European Parliament with the People's Party,part of the European People's Party and sits onthe European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs.
He is a substitute for the Committee on Development and a member of theDelegation to the Euro-Mediterranean Parliamentary Assembly.
