Susquehanna Bank

Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (nasdaq|SUSQ) is a Lititz, Pennsylvania, United States, based financial services company. The bank has over 230 branches located in the Mid-Atlantic region including its home state of Pennsylvania as well as Maryland, New Jersey, and West Virginia.

Susquehanna maintains assets of more than $12 billion. Subsidiaries include Susquehanna Wealth Management as well as an insurance and employee benefits company, commercial finance company, and a vehicle leasing company.

In November 2007, Susquehanna completed its acquisition of Community Banks, Inc.

Susquehanna owns the naming rights to the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, New Jersey.
