Hammersmith and Fulham is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

Boundaries

The constituency covers the central and southern portions of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, covering the town centres of both Hammersmith and Fulham. But it also includes smaller districts, like West Kensington, Brook Green, Barons Court and Sands End.

Boundary review

Following their review of parliamentary representation in North London, the Boundary Commission for England's proposed boundary changes, likely to be implemented in time for the next general election (2009-10), will see the end of the constituency as it is presently composed.

A new constituency of Chelsea and Fulham and a new Hammersmith take the electoral wards from the current pairing. The Chelsea and Fulham seat is a cross-border creation.

Members of Parliament

* 1997 – 2005: Iain Coleman, Labour
* 2005 – "present": Greg Hands, Conservative
