"Over My Head" is a song by King's X off their 1989 album "Gretchen Goes to Nebraska". It served as the lead single from the album. The song's lyrics describe a grandmother hearing "music" over her head as she prayed. A music video was also produced for "Over My Head" which has black & white concert footage as well as the band performing on a rooftop with a chroma keyed night sky.
