The Bulgaria women's national volleyball team represents Bulgaria in international women's volleyball competitions and is controlled by the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation. The team had its biggest succes in 1981, winning the European title at home soil (Sofia).

In 1980, at the boycotted Summer Olympics in Moscow, Soviet Union, the squad claimed the bronze medal by defeating Hungary in the bronze medal match: 3-2 (15:5, 13:15, 6:15, 15:4, and 15:8).
