Ahmad Azlan Zainal (born on April 16, 1986) is a Malaysian footballer who is a defender for Perak FA in Malaysia Super League. He is the member of Malaysia national team.

Ahmad Azlan was part of Perak since 2004. He help Perak to reach the final of 2007 Malaysia Cup but lost Kedah FA by 3-0.

He made his senior international debut against New Zealand national football team on February 23, 2006. He also part of Malaysia under 20 team in the AFC Youth Championship 2004 where he score one goal in the tournament. Later, He was chosen to represent Malaysia national under 23 side at the 2006 Doha Asian Games.

Azlan also one of the player that win the 2007 Merdeka Tournament.

He left Perak FA along with his teammate Muhamad Khalid Jamlus to join Kelantan FA for 2009 Season.
