"Roughly Speaking" is a 1945 romantic comedy film starring Rosalind Russell and Jack Carson, with supporting performances by Alan Hale, Sr. and Robert Hutton. The plot involves a strong-minded single mother keeping her family afloat through World War I and the Great Depression.
