Indiana will participate in the 2008 United States presidential election. Although Indiana has not voted for the Democratic nominee since 1964 polling has shown it as a swing state in 2008. Indiana's 11 electoral votes are at stake in the election. George W. Bush won Indiana's 11 electoral votes in 2004 winning 59% to John Kerry's 39%.
