Harku Parish ( _et. Harku vald) is a rural municipality in Harju County, north-western Estonia.

The administrative centre of Harku Parish is Tabasalu small borough with population of 2,858. It is located 13 km west from Estonia's capital, Tallinn.

History

First mentioned in 1891.

Local government

Current chairman of the council (est: "volikogu esimees") is Allan Kiil.

Current mayor (est: "vallavanem") is Ott Kasuri (since October 2005).
