The Seneca Hotel

The Seneca Hotel as reported in the Columbus Dispatch, is now being renovated with funds directed by the Ohio State Department of Development and the City of Columbus is a 10 story historic, brick structure designed by architect Frank Packard in 1917. The former hotel is on the corner of Broad Street and High Street in the Discovery District of downtown Columbus, Ohio. The building, although vacant for nearly twenty years, is now being renovated. Ohio Development has recommended that the state Controlling Board approve a Clean Ohio Assistance Fund grant to aid Campus Apartments Inc., a development firm based in Philadelphia, according to Nick Zaferes, Vice President of Development & Construction with Campus Apartments.

After renovations are complete, The Seneca will house apartments and a new retail center.
