War News Radio

War News Radio is a student-run radio station based at Swarthmore College. The program is currently available on podcast and also on about fifty broadcast radio stations, mostly in the United States, including Swarthmore's own college station, WSRN-FM. [ [http://www.warnewsradio.org/how-to-listen/radio-stations/ War News Radio - Station Guide] ] Focusing on the Wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the station was created in 2005, using equipment borrowed from the Swarthmore College Computer Society, before becoming an independent organization in July 2005.
