Joanne Daniels is an American voice actor. She is probably most well known as the person who voiced telephone company intercept or number change announcements and voiced many automated time recordings, including Los Angeles California.

Other Notable Appearances

Ms Daniels, as the time lady, is the first voice heard in the opening sequence of "Real Time with Bill Maher".
