Swanley, Cheshire

Swanley is a small settlement at gbmappingsmall|SJ618523 in the Crewe and Nantwich district of Cheshire, England. It is divided between two civil parishes, Baddiley and Burland. Nearby settlements include Acton, Burland, Ravensmoor and Stoneley Green.

Swanley is located immediately south of a T-junction between Swanley Lane and Springe Lane, and to the east of the Llangollen branch of the Shropshire Union Canal. Just north of the bridge lies Swanley Lock No. 2; the grade-II-listed lock dates from 1805 and is in blue-and-red brick with stone copings.
