Vancouver-Fraserview is a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia, Canada.

Geography

As of the redistricting from the census, Vancouver-Fraserview is on the southeast section of Vancouver with approximate borders of 49th St., Fraser Ave., Boundary Rd., and SW Marine Drive.

History

Member of Legislative Assembly

Its MLA is Wally Oppal, a former justice of the British Columbia Court of Appeal. He was first elected in 2005. He represents the British Columbia Liberal Party. Mr. Oppal was appointed Attorney-General on June 16, 2006.
