"Set to Music" is a musical revue with a sketches, music, lyrics and direction by Noel Coward. Produced by John C. Wilson, the Broadway production, opened on January 15, 1939 at the Music Box Theatre, where it ran for 129 performances. Cast starred Beatrice Lillie.

This show originated in London under the title of “Words and Music.” It consisted of a series of sketches, some with songs, from the pen of a man who can do it all: sketches, music and lyrics, and direction. It was a tremendous hit and was brought to Broadway under the current title.
