This List of countries by traffic-related death rate shows the "annual" number of road fatalities "per capita" and per "vehicle-km" in the world's developed countries.

Note: Neither the number of road fatatities per capita, nor the number of road fatalites per vehicle-km are necessarily indicators of road-traffic safety.
