Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE|EAT) is the parent company of Chili's, On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina, Maggiano's Little Italy, and Romano's Macaroni Grill. Norman Brinker was married to Ambassador Nancy Brinker who also helped found the company as well as Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Komen Race for the Cure.

History

It was founded in 1975 as Chili's Bar and Grill, purchased by restaurateur Norman E. Brinker and Nancy Brinker in 1983 and rechristened Brinker International in 1990; it now has over 1,500 restaurants worldwide with 100,000 employees and system-wide sales exceeding $4 billion annually.
