Féthi Harek (born October 21, 1982 in Oullins, France) is an Algerian football player who is currently playing for SC Bastia in Ligue 2. His family is originally from Tlemcen.

Football career

Harek started his playing career as a striker for various amateur sides such as AS Saint-Priest, FA L'Île-Rousse Monticello and Rodez AF. In 2006/2007 he helped Rodez win promotion to the French 3rd division. His performances did not go unnoticed and he was signed at the end of that season by SC Bastia.

International career

Harek received his first call-up to the Algerian National Team for a friendly against DR Congo on March 26, 2008 in Paris, France. [http://www.dzfoot.com/news-3116.php] He made his debut at halftime, replacing Salim Arrache on the left wing.
