Town of Fort Erie Transit System provides local bus service to the inhabitants of Fort Erie, Ontario, just across the Peace Bridge and the Niagara River from Buffalo, New York.

A locally owned company, "Dunn the Mover", has provided public bus service to the Town of Fort Erie since 1977, and has entered into a Public Transit Service Improvement Agreement with the town, expiring September 6, 2012. [Cite web

Regular operation consists of a single route served by two buses, running an hour apart. Service is provided Monday to Saturday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:35 p.m, with no public holiday or Sunday service. As of September 2, 2008, Niagara Transit started operating a new service from Niagara Falls into Fort Erie, connecting with the Fort Erie Transit bus at Wal Mart Plaza at 750 Garrison Road. FAST

"Fort Erie Accessible Specialized Transit" (FAST) provides transportation for those unable to walk 175 metres or climb the three steps to board a regular Fort Erie Transit bus. The FAST service is operated by the Canadian Red Cross Niagara on behalf of the Town of Fort Erie. A modern accessible fleet of three vans are in service with trained drivers. Applications for service are received by the Town of Fort Erie's Transit Administrator and must be signed by a licensed health care professional. This service, operated by the Canadian Red Cross, is for eligible residents of Niagara Region who need to travel between municipalities for medical appointments, employment or education purposes. Intercity service

Private intercity coach services are primarily operated by Coach Canada and Greyhound, with connections to Hamilton and Toronto and to US destinations via Buffalo.
