Stono River Slave Rebellion Site is a site significant for its association with the Stono Rebellion, the first slave revolt in the United States, in 1739. It was the location of Hutchinson's warehouse, where the revolt began.

It is located 12 miles west of Charleston in the vicinity of Rantowles, about 200 yards north of SC 17 and on the west bank of the Wallace River.
