"I'm Yours" is the first single released by Jason Mraz from his third studio album "We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things." The song was originally released on a limited edition EP called "Extra Credit" as a demo in 2005 to promote his second studio album "Mr. A-Z". The single was made available on iTunes, Zune Marketplace and Amazon.com on February 12, 2008 and entered Top 40 on iTunes Chart recently reaching number 2. Because of the strong downloads, it has become his first top ten single in U.S., so far peaking at #6 on the Billboard Hot 100. It is his most successful single worldwide to date, reaching number one in Sweden and Norway, and the top ten in United States, Austria, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.It was also able to reach number one on the Top 40 Digital Track Chart in Australia.

Sindre Dybvikstrand of "" recorded his own version of the song and released it as a single.

The song has been used in promotional ads for the 2008 Australian drama series "Packed to the Rafters".

Music video

The music video debuted in March 2008. The video starts with Jason Mraz sitting on plane and showing different types of beach scenery. He is then seen sitting in hotel room getting ready to go somewhere and then he is seen riding in a taxi. As the video continues, he is also seen hitching a ride in the back of an open top truck. This continues on until he arrives at park with people skateboarding.

While watching the people skateboarding he is also seen talking to people who are also at the park who eventually talk him into going swimming at the nearby Maunawili waterfall. From this point on the camera follows him and his new friends through the forest until they arrive at the waterfall and decide to go swimming.

The camera then switches to him surfing in the ocean, him on a bus, and him singing on the beach. Toward the end of the video he is seen riding in a boat and performing the song with his band in front of a small audience with his frequent backup singer and percussionist, Toca Rivera, while the camera continues to switch back and forth between all of the previous shots.

The video ends with him sitting on the beach in Hanalei Bay while the waves crash against the shore and then the video fades to black.

Filming of the video takes place primarily on the Kauai and Oahu islands of Hawaii. Mraz is seen riding the Kauai bus and going through the Honolulu Airport. A shot was also taken on one of Oahu's beach spot, Alan Davis.
