The building of the Hungarian state theatre and opera in Cluj-Napoca

The Hungarian State Opera in Cluj-Napoca is a national opera company of Romania, founded on 17 December 1948.

The structure was built during 1909-1910, on the site of an old summer theatre dating back in. The ensemble can host 1,000 people. The building also hosts the Cluj-Napoca Hungarian Theatre.
