Run C&W was an American country music group composed of lead vocalist Russell Smith, formerly of the Amazing Rhythm Aces; banjoist Bernie Leadon, formerly of the Eagles; and Nashville songwriters Jim Photoglo and Vince Melamed, both of whom played various instruments.cite web |url=http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=11:kpfyxqq5ldae~T1 |title=Run C&W Biography |accessdate=2008-03-24 |last=Huey |first=Steve |work=Allmusic] In the group, they were fictional non-identical quadruplets who went by the names of Crash'n Burns, G.W. Wash Burns, Side Burns, and Rug Burns.

Run C&W recorded two albums, both on MCA Records: 1993's "Into the Twangy-First Century", followed by "Row vs. Wade" two years later. The group were considered a novelty country act, as their albums contained a mix of parodies and humorous original songs, as well as bluegrass renditions of soul songs.
