This is a complete list of Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coaches. There have been seven head coaches for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). The Buccaneers franchise was founded in 1976 by Hugh Culverhouse and entered into the NFL. The team lost it's first 26 games and had only one playoff win in its first 21 seasons before winning the Super Bowl in 2002.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have played over 500 games in a total of 32 seasons, all of which were in the NFL. In those games, one coach has won the Super Bowl with the team: Jon Gruden in 2002. Two other coaches, John McKay and Tony Dungy have also taken the Buccaneers to the playoffs. However neither of them coached more than one playoff win in a season.
