Little Red is a Rock and Roll band from Melbourne, Australia consisting of Adrian Beltrame (Guitar, Vocals), Dominic Byrne (Guitar, Vocals), Quang Dinh (Bass, Vocals), Tom Hartney (Vocals, tambourine and harmonica) and Taka Honda (Drums). Biography

The band was formed in 2005 and released the EP "Get Ready", in 2007 on Anvil, [ [http://www.anvilrecordingco.com/news/index.htm Anvil Recording Co] ] and the single "Waiting" through the Regal Singles Club. [ [http://www.myspace.com/regalrecordings Regal Recordings] ]

The band was named as one of Australian music magazine Wireless Bollinger's "10 bands to watch in 2007", describing them as "infectious and irresistible" [ [http://www.wirelessbollinger.com/content/view/370/84/ 10 Bands to Watch: Little Red] ] and was featured on Triple J Unearthed. [ [http://www.triplejunearthed.com/Artists/View.aspx?artistid=7075 Triple J Unearthed] ] The band won the 2008 Australia-wide "Garage to V" competition held by Virgin Mobile to win a slot at all shows of the Australian V Festival in 2008, [ [http://www.garage2v.com.au/ Garage to V] ] while the band has also performed at the Falls Festival, Meredith Music Festival, the Big Day Out and the Laneway Festival.

Little Red songs "Waiting", "Coca-Cola" and "Witch Doctor" have all received regular play on Australian nation-wide radio station Triple J [ [http://www.webwombat.com.au/entertainment/music/little-red-new-clip.htm Exclusive: Little Red - New Clip ] ] , with "Coca-Cola" also included on the official soundtrack of Australian TV series Underbelly.
