White Center is a census-designated place (CDP) in King County, Washington, United States. It lies between Seattle and Burien and has been considered a possible target of annexation by both. The population was 20,975 at the 2000 census.

White Center is regarded as an impoverished area with high crime rates. While some gentrification has recently occurred because of its proximity to Seattle, the area still faces significant issues relating to car theft, drugs, and violence. Poverty rates here are among the highest in the Seattle metropolitan area. Much of the crime is due to racial conflict between Hispanics and Asians (predominantly Cambodian).
