Westwood Quarry (gbmapping|TQ071993) is a 0.07 hectare (0.18 acre) is a geological site of Special Scientific Interest in Hertfordshire. The site was notified in 1987 under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and is currently managed by the Country Trust as a Nature Reserve. It is seen as a key to the history of the River Thames due to its deposits of bedded sands and gravels.
