John Polwhele Blatchley

John Polwhele Blatchley (1 July 1913 – 16 February 2008) was chief car designer at Rolls-Royce from 1955 to 1969.He is responsible for the following designs:
* Bentley Mk VI and R-type
* Rolls-Royce Silver Dawn
* Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud
* Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow
* Rolls-Royce Corniche
