Every Avenue is an American pop punk band from Marysville, Michigan.

History

Every Avenue formed in Marysville, Michigan in 2003. [ [http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=11:k9fixq9sldje~T1 Every Avenue] at Allmusic] They self-released two eps in 2004 and 2006 before signing to Fearless Records in 2007 and releasing an EP in the summer of that year. After the signing they began to get a great deal of publicity. Just before the release of their new album a quote was released from campus circle magazine, "These guys may think they are nipping at the heels of Fall Out Boy, but pretty soon they'll be standing next to them!" In February 2008, their first full-length album "Shh. Just Go With It" was released and hit #27 on the U.S. Billboard Heatseekers chart. They began touring nationally with bands such as Mayday Parade and All Time Low. They also toured with Vans Warped tour July 9th - August 6, 2008 with such bands as Relient K, Reel Big Fish, and The Academy Is.

Appearances

"Where Were You" has not only received play on Yahoo! Radio and AOL Radio, but was also featured on MTV's Real World/Road Rules Gauntlet and received more than 150,000 downloads on Mark Hoppus' (Blink-182) "Hi My Name Is Mark" blog on iTunes.
