ASUSTeK Computer Incorporated (Asus) makes a series of powerful network routers directly competing with routers from Linksys and Buffalo.

Asus series of routers generally ship with Broadcom chipsets, faster processors, more memory, removable antennas and USB ports for expansion. Although their factory default firmware is feature rich, it’s still not considered very stable and powerful enough compared to its hardware.
