Ramat Yishai ( _he. רמת ישי, lit. "Yishai Heights") is a local council in the North District of Israel, located on the side of the Haifa-Nazareth road about convert|4|km|mi eastern to Kiryat Tivon. It was declared a local council in 1958. According to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), it had a population of 5,700 in 2006, with a growth rate of 1.8%. History

Ramat Yishai was established in 1925 on the lands of the village Jadda, which were bought by the American Zion Commonwealth in the twenty's. Among the establishers of the village were 50 families from Lodz and Białystok whom established a textile factory in the village. In the 1950s families from China joined the village.

One of the most known buildings in the village is called "the Khan", an old building with surrounding walls which was built in the Ottoman era. The logo of the village consists of this building with the palm tree next to it.
