Leo Sewell

Leo Sewell

Leo Sewell is a Philadelphia found object artist. He is notable for his sculptures produced over forty years which are collected by people worldwide, including Sylvester Stallone and have appeared in and been produced for public institutions like the EPA, local state environmental protection offices, and the Please Touch Museum. He grew up in Annapolis, Maryland and moved to Philadelphia in 1974. He has produced well over 3,000 works. His work has been seen on national television shows like Mr. Roger's Neighborhood and local shows like Captain Noah.
