In the role-playing game Dungeons and Dragons, Mohrg are reanimated dead, not limited to skeletons or fleshed out bodies of any sort, controlled by a parasitic creature of evil nature. They lack the intelligence of liches but have more brain power than a zombie.

In Third Edition, the Mohrg is the animated corpse of an unrepentant murderer. It possesses a long, prehensile clawed tongue that can paralyze with a successful attack.
