Chris Cox (actor)

Chris Cox is a filmmaker and voice actor. He is best known, as himself, for the 2001 Small Shots TV series for Spike TV.

Cox replaced George Eads in the role of Captain Atom for the popular animated series Justice League Unlimited. Eads was unwilling to reprise his voice role after an appearance in Unlimited's first episode, so the producers chose Cox as a replacement. In the Justice League Unlimited third season episode "Patriot Act", he returned to play a different Justice League member, the Shining Knight.

Cox has also provided a number of voices for Seth MacFarlane's animated series Family Guy and American Dad!, including that of American President George W. Bush, as well as Principal Goodvibes in The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. He was also lent his voice to several Star Wars video games; most notably, he has played Wedge Antilles twice, once in Rogue Squadron III and once in Jedi Knight II. He also voiced Deadshot in Batman: Arkham City.

Cox is also the voice of Pecker in the Jak and Daxter series of video games from Jak II onwards, as well as the voice of Sergei Voronov in the video game Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction, and the lead character Dominic in The Godfather II: The Video Game. He has also played more minor roles in games such as Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Killer7, Dark Sector, Vanquish, Gears of War 3 and Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure.

Cox frequently appears on the Sklar brothers' podcast series Sklarbro Country impersonating such celebrities as Tiger Woods, Sam Elliott, "Racist Vin Scully", Jerry Jones, and Snoop Dogg.

Cox voices Hawkeye, Crimson Dynamo and Fandral in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.[1] He also plays Hawkeye in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3.

He also voiced Winnie-the-Pooh, Duke, Usher, Edward Cullen, Hal Jordan, Luke Skywalker, Thor, Conan the Barbarian, Batman, Optimus Prime, and Kevin Flynn in MAD.
